Gartner has published the latest data on sales of smartphones, which clearly point to the dominance of the two operating systems. Even 96.8 percent of devices sold are Android or iOS, while Microsoft Windows has stagnated at 2.5 percent, a BlackBerry with 0.3 percent faint.
In the past quarter otherwise sold 329.6 million units, an increase of 13.5 percent compared to the same quarter last year. However, Gartner points out that this is the slowest growth since 2013. For the first time recorded a drop in sales in China compared to the previous year and 4 percent.
This number is important because China with 30 percent of the total sales of the device strongly affects the overall global results, and the reason for this fall in China according to market saturation.
In fact, customers buy phones to replace existing devices, and in China there are fewer customers who are looking for the first device.
