Windows 11 is now hyped, and existing Windows 10 users will be able to upgrade for free to Microsoft’s freshly revamped operating system, according to a statement posted. You can upgrade to Windows 11 as you update to Windows 10 as long as your PC satisfies the minimal requirements.
Check out the PC Health Check app at Windows.com to see if you’re eligible for a Windows 11 free upgrade. This free upgrade will also apply to a new PC that you purchase before the general release.
Don’t worry if you haven’t upgraded to Windows 10 yet; there’s still a way to get Windows 10 for free. It’s a good idea to make the transition now to have your system ready for the Windows 11 update.
Upgrade to Windows 11:
The following are the steps that need to be followed to get a step closer to the cool Windows 11 operating system
- Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Check for Updates (You’ll notice a Feature update to Windows 11 if it’s available)
- Download and Install
If you’d like to try out Windows 11 advance, the Windows Insider Program will have an early beta version accessible by next, and a public beta will be available in July.
However, we recommend downloading a beta on a second testing device rather than your primary smartphone because problems are probable.
