Way #1: Using Developer Mode

You have to bypass some mobile settings in developer mode to use the dark theme on Snapchat’s Android version. It can be a little challenging since it’s an unofficial method. If you want to get dark mode using this method, carry out the following process.

Step #1: Downloading Older Version

This method only works with Snapchat’s version 10.72.0.0 and below. So you have to download the app’s APK file from websites like apkmirror or downzen etc. Before installing the old build, uninstall the Snapchat app from your mobile, then open the downloaded APK file

If you are installing the app this way for the first time, your system will ask you to allow installation from unknown sources. To allow it, click the “Settings” option and turn on the “Allow from this source” toggle.
